Global immigration and emigration has contributed in a big way to bring parity to the world economy in reducing imbalances in the demand and supply of Human Resources, which is the most critical factor for growth and development. One of the examples of HR needs being balanced thus is the fact that the developed world which has large number of ageing and aged population, always falls short of caring hands especially professional care, which resources are available in abundance in the developing world, having the required skills and talent as well as dedication to care for the aged and the disabled. It is difficult to imagine what the developed world would have done had it not been that a large number of developing countries’ care giving professionals had immigrated into countries such as USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand to provide professional care and fill the huge gap in care needs.
